- Upgraded items come with a limited manufacturing defect money back guarantee subject to normal use & defect (only for premium upgraded orders) No Guarantee applies to standard and personally customized orders (i.e. alterations & custom letters)
- We can only issue refunds once we have received the item back & conditions below are met. We do not refund any postage charges for exchange or refunds
- We will refund / exchange items that are delivered faulty/listed incorrectly. As standard all our items are 100% quality inspected prior to shipment, and photo date stamped with invoice
- We do exchange sizes but this is only subject to an additional delivery charge so please use the size guide on our site carefully
- For any reason for return we are unable to refund delivery charges, and charge a restocking fee (variable), see FAQ section
- We cannot refund or exchange an item that has been ordered with any requested alteration (this includes inside leg alterations)
- We cannot accept items damaged in transit so please ensure returns are packaged appropriately
- If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us to give us the opportunity to resolve your concern 1st.
